Some may call it a 'canadian tuxedo', but Usher rocks it well. He pairs two well washed denim's with a Brixton 'Gain' Fedora and ash grey boots. Both the jacket and the jeans are neither too dark or too light, which is usually the problem with wearing denim head to toe. But I love the fit of these items, the denim ruffles perfectly above the boots and the jacket is just short enough to expose the belt. A sophisticated rugged working-man's look...very nice.

Noir Basic a Parisian streetwear collection gives a sophisticated and high end cover to our everyday jackets, hoodies and vests. I find it very interesting that the three Parisian creators were inspired by the hip hop as well as street art. My favorites are the Winter Motorcyle Jacket and the Varsity Calf Suede Jacket.

Now I don't know whats going on with this name of this collection, but I do love these high tops. Diet Butcher Slim Skin is a Japanese street fashion label out of Tokyo. Designer Hisashi Fukatami gives the the high top a modern twist with features to portray unique aspect of the collection. They have the shape of Nike's High Top Free Dunk's and I hope they have the same comfort.
If ownership of a Rolls-Royce brand just doesn't satisfy you taste for luxury, maybe Fenice Milano's "Diva"edition of the Rolls-Royce Ghost will feed your need. This is what I would expect to see if the Roman Catholic Church owned a Rolls-Royce. The amount of 24-karat gold covered on the grill, side sills, hood, and mirror could probably feed multiple third world countries. Although it is completely over the top opulence, I have to admit I love the interior details which look like they belong to a private jet.

So I'm extremely excited to say that I will be joining the staff of the Allsaints Spitalfields store located on Newbury Street here in Boston. New to the United States, Allsaints' has only made appearances at 13 store locations here in the states. Only 6 months old, the Boston store is one of the newest company stores, but it has the same flare as the rest.
Notice the lighting, it is reminiscent of a movie set...You're the actor, here are your clothes, life is you're set, now make a movie.
As I'm sure you have noticed from the above pictures, Allsaints is not your average clothing store. The ornate decor and attention to detail reflect as well as embody the image and projection of the company's style. Creating a new and inviting environment for the shopper is one of the primary goals of the company.
If you've ever walked on Newbury Street and seen this wall of sewing machines, it was Allsaints creative facade. Although it does not showcase the clothing, it is a clever architectural move. By placing all the machines in the window it draws pedestrians to the window, and from there they are able to see past the machines into the store.
::Fall/Winter 2010 Look Book::
The above scenes from the Allsaints Spitalfields' Fall/Winter 2010 look book promise a signature mix of delicate fabrics and shapes, with a dark rock edge. The Allsaint designers have created a vintage look with whispery silks and chiffons, layered up with leather and chunky knits, or blade-sharp tailoring crushed and washed. Dirty American old west and old Hollywood glamour.

I know it has been a few weeks since I posted a beauty of the week, so I had to find something a little extra for my guys this week. And when I say extra, I think you know what I'm talking about. Born in California and later raised in Portland, Oregon, Haile's parents must have wanted to keep her a secret from us all and I understand why. Now at age 23, Halie resides in the melting pot of beauty also known as Miami and she's taking the modeling industry by storm. The mulatto model has covered the pages of Blackmen, Show, and Smooth Girl Magazines, as well as feature in multiple music videos including Trey Songz' hit single "Bottoms Up".
